Thousands of people turn out for the taste and culture at St. Michael the Archangel Greek Orthodox church in Lecanto.
Now in it's 10th year, the festival serves a great menu of traditional Greek entrees, sandwiches and desserts.
There is always bouzouki music and Greek dancers and the sounds of "Opa, Opa" rings out throughout the dancing.
The Festival always has vendors who sell jewelry, clothing and religious icons of the Greek culture.
Clothing includes sailor hats, festival dresses, blouses and skirts.
You can also buy candles, incense burners and Christian gifts and music
Admission to the festival is $1, and there is plenty of free parking on the grounds, as well as a free shuttle bus service from the nearby Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church parking lot.
